FOMENTO DE DESARROLLOS URBANOS, S.A.,  "Dursa Inmobiliaria". was founded on 26th April 1982 in Oviedo.

The company started its activity initially with a staff of only four people. Dursa was, therefore, a modest company in terms of size but generous in terms of experience and knowledge about housing. One clear objective to achieve: to promote housing construction respecting the environment and guaranteeing a better life quality for its inhabitants. 

Initially, an office in Oviedo and a very simple company structure described our company. Nowadays, we have become one of the leading companies in the Spanish building sector with offices in Asturias, Madrid and Murcia. Six developers, two building companies, three sales companies, two real estate funds, management, environmental engineering and renewable energy companies, and different assets such as hotels, public parkings and a large number of local premises. More than 10,000 homes have been built by Dursa.

Nowadays, Dursa is made of by three main companies, Fomento de Desarrollos Urbanos S.A, Dursa Inmuebles S.L. y Dursa Properties S.L. These companies carry on faithfully the initial objectives of the company and are constantly being updated to incorporate new ideas and building plans for the future according to evolution of society, habitat and way of understanding quality of life .
